Welcome to our site. We are happy to have you with us. Before you submit a your character application, please take the time to read the rules in their entirely. Before roleplaying on this site, please sign off in this read with your character's name, indicating that you understand them.
On this site, the following rules must be followed:
1. Bullying
Bullying of ANY kind in any way, shape or form will not be tolerated. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
2. Godmodding
Godmodding is strictly forbidden and will result in a temporary or permanent ban from the site according to the severity of the infraction. This is at the discretion of the admins.
3. Disrespect
All staff members are hand picked by the admins because they are the best candidates to help run the site. Therefore, they are an extension of the admins, and disrespect toward them will not be tolerated. Should you run into a problem with a staff member and feel you are being wronged, please contact an admin.
Player inclusion must be observed at all times. Please do not be selfish and egotistic in your roleplay and ignore the people around you — this is a form of disrespect to your fellow roleplayers. If you ignore new people in the thread because you dislike their roleplay style or dislike them OOCly, that is another form of disrespect. Even if your character would never be seen interacting with them, roleplay it out.
4. Serious Issues
No serious issues period. That includes no talking about killing or self harm. Any major or life altering events must be approved by the admins. This includes murder, death, being "changed", pregnancy and the like. (Pregnancy is not allowed by students.)
5. Special Ablilties
Special abilities are very limited and must be approved by the admins. This includes werewolves, vampires, parselmouths, animagi, half-breeds, hybrids, etc. Do not get upset if you request a special ability and it is not approved. These are very rare and not given to characters lightly. This is a privilege and can be taken away if it is abused.
6. Absences
All absences must be posted in a thread or you can notify an admin. This is only if you are going to be gone for more than a couple of days. No disappearing in the middle of a thread.

We do not have a word count but we ask that you have a post that is no less than five sentences. If you do have a post that is 250 words or more, your character will be awarded 10 points for each post. Just PM an admin with a link to the thread the post is in.
